This single-varietal oil is produced from an olive native to Spain. It also flourishes in the Mediterranean-like climate and fertile red soils of northern Victoria, where this delicious oil is produced.
Low acid, complex fruit-driven flavours, banana aromas and a good balance of sweetness and pungency.
Perfect as a finishing oil for chicken, steak and chargrilled fish, used for dipping bread or drizzled over risotto. It also adds complexity to chocolate desserts and puddings.
