Tucked away on Grappa’s upper level, the Whisky Room offers an intimate and refined private dining experience. Centred around a striking oval table, the space comfortably seats up to 12 guests, making it perfect for business meetings, intimate group dining, or special occasions. Completely private, the room features elegant wooden panelling and striking photography by Juli Balla, creating a refined and artful setting.

Charlie's Bar

Our largest private dining space, Charlie’s Bar accommodates up to 38 guests seated or 50 guests cocktail-style. Located on Grappa’s upper level, it offers a spacious setting for a wide range of events, from corporate functions to special occasions. Featuring a vintage Art Deco bar, vinyl DJ setup, rich wooden panelling and moody lighting, Charlie’s Bar is made for memorable nights.

The Terrace

The terrace offers a beautiful, enclosed private space overlooking George Street, just moments from Circular Quay with views of the Harbour Bridge. Accommodating up to 96 guests cocktail-style or 80 seated (weather permitting), the space is equipped with umbrellas and can host live music, creating an elegant and versatile setting for any occasion.

The Finer Details
Duration and Access Times
In order to ensure a seamless experience for all guests, reservations are subject to seating durations:
Lunch: approximately 2.5 to 3 hours
Dinner: approximately 3 to 3.5 hours
Deposit and Terms & Conditions
A credit card pre-authorisation or deposit may be required to secure your booking. Where a deposit is taken, it will be applied toward the final account on the day of dining.
Menu selection and all dietary requirements must be provided 14 days prior to your event. Final guest numbers can be adjusted up to 24 hours before the booking. If fewer guests attend without notice, the confirmed food charge will apply.
Menus
Set menus are required for groups of 9 guests and more. Menu selections and all dietary requirements must be provided in advance where requested. While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee all requests can be met without prior notice. Beverages are served on consumption or organised through our packages.
